It was my first time going to Glamour Hair Concept Inc. with my mom & it was a great experience. I had couple of things done such as facial, back facial, haircut & hairstyle, full face wax/thread and my mom had gotten pedicure and eyebrows, upper lips and chin thread 🧵. Yes, a bit pricey depending on what services (such as what type of facial). My body services was taken care by Poonam who is always a delight. Knew her previously and she has always provided me with exceptional services. My hairs were taken care by Debra. The cut itself gave my hairs so much volume while it was still wet. Highly recommend.
I’ve been here twice in the last year and I’ve always had a great experience with Ms. Gillian. I even brought my daughter here to cut her hair my second time. Now I planned to go here tomorrow but after reading these recent reviews…I’m NERVOUS! UPDATE: We went today, 2 washes and cuts. Sonia did my daughter’s and Ms. Gillian did mine. I still have no complaints. We were in and out in less than an hour and everyone was great. Everyone’s experience is their own and it’s unfortunate for the few recent bad reviews, but not everyone has the same experiences. Sometimes you just gotta see for yourself and that says a lot coming from someone that looks to Google for review of places before I go.
